FEES AND CANCELLATIONS
We will endeavour to provide an accurate estimate before we attend. Any extra services, such as antibacterial treatment, compressor oil, etc., may be offered purely as options at extra cost.
PAYMENT
Payment by cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card on the day, please, unless other terms have been agreed prior to the visit.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW.
If we attend having agreed a date and time, and on arrival we are unable to gain access to the vehicle (non-attendance or missing keys, etc.) and to plug in a 25 metre mains extension cable, then a cancellation fee of £50 shall apply. This is to cover my time and mileage travelled. if you intend to rebook our services, we will only attend after the cancellation fee has been paid by card or bank transfer. Cancellations made 4 or more hours before attendance will not normally incur any fee.
